I’m Divya, the founder of Vastrakalpa — but more than that, I’m a daughter, a dreamer, and a lifelong admirer of the six yards that speak volumes without a word.
Growing up in Bangalore, I watched the women in my family drape sarees not just as garments, but as memories — of weddings, festivals, everyday joys. The rustle of silk, the warmth of cotton, the shimmer of zari — they all felt like home. That feeling stayed with me.
Vastrakalpa began with a simple dream: to bring that emotion back into every woman’s wardrobe. I didn’t just want to sell sarees — I wanted to handpick love, wrap it in tradition, and send it your way.
